Profile

• Invitation –  From 25 to 31 July 2012, for the seventh time consecutively, the International Award Summer School (IASS 2012) will open its doors in Osterburken, Germany. While experienced Award Leaders can attend the first International Award Quality Management Course ever run, young people who have finished their training and practice ventures are invited to do their Gold expedition in the Odenwald Wild Country Area.

• Extra Programme

• Groups or individuals may use their visit to Germany for a personal or tourist extra programme before or after IASS 2012 at their own cost and responsibility. We can help plan the special program, but can not make bookings or escorts.

• Using the Alte Bahnmeisterei for accommodation can be arranged for an agreed couple of extra days (fee is 10 € per person and night), but groups or individuals must take care of themselves.    

• Insurance – Each IASS 2012 participant has to take care of his / her own insurance.

• Seminar Track: Fee is 400 € (accommodation in the Alte Bahnmeisterei) or 650 € (hotel bed) and covers accommodation, meals and course materials

• Expedition Track: 250 €

• Payment process

• Prepayment: Send us your Registration Form and a Prepayment of 150,00 € to our bank account. Deadline for registration and prepayment is 01.06.2012.

• Remainder payment: After registration, we’ll send you an invoice according to the kind of attendance you’ve chosen – minus the amount of money you already paid. Deadline for transferring the remainder is 01.07.2012.

• Hint: In our invitation letter we can't overtake the responsibility according to §§ 66 and 67 of the Residence Act.

• Getting to Osterburken: Getting to / back from Osterburken must be self-organized and paid for by the participants.
