• Target group: Experienced Award Leaders who want to assist the Award Association as assitant trainers

• Duration: 5 days

• Forms

• Modular: (Theoretical) Trainer Accreditation Course (2.5 days), followed by coached practice within a Leaders Course (2.5 days)

• Integrated: Theory is integrated into the coached practice of TWO Leaders Courses

• Recertification: Every three years by

• Evidence of practice in the personal Trainers' Logbook;

• Participation in Trainers Conferences.
